Camidor Property Services specializes in the commercial property management of office buildings and industrial projects in the Phoenix and Scottsdale markets. Properties managed by Camidor are always in pristine condition due to regular inspections, proactive preventive maintenance and the attentive nature of our in-house maintenance staff working together with our selection of reputable professional contract vendors. Camidor treats each management contract as though it personally owns the properties.

Camidor Property Services has an accounting department that works closely with the Camidor management team to service our building owners and tenants. Camidor uses MRI property management software for its reporting. The account detail for each property can be set up to the preference of our clients and their CPAs. Camidor’s accountants are involved with all aspects of accounts payable, accounts receivable, assist in the preparation of the annual operating budget and the annual common area maintenance (CAM) reconciliation, cash flow projections and owner distributions.

Camidor Property Services manages all of the necessary tenant improvement construction projects in our properties from design to completion, working closely with the architect, tenant, contractor, and local governmental agencies.
Our construction management experience and expertise ensures that costs are controlled and the construction schedules are met to ensure timely tenant occupancy. Capital improvement projects outside the tenant improvements are also managed and completed under Camidor’s oversight.
Camidor Property Services has a staff of experienced maintenance technicians each with different talents and qualifications. They are equipped to respond quickly to a tenant's service call. Tenants in a Camidor managed building expect and appreciate it when their request is responded to immediately and the necessary repairs are completed in a quality and timely manner.
Our on-call system is setup to ensure the maintenance techs can respond as quickly as possible. Our seasoned maintenance techs are always friendly, knowledgeable, service oriented and follow up with the tenants after the issue has been handled. They are available and billed to our clients and tenants on an hourly "as needed" basis.
